Honestly, and trying to be objective, I didn't like anything. There's really nothing to be satisfied about. Wanting to find something, maybe I can mention the new refrigerator.
Everything was horrible. Starting from the arrival, the location is in a very degraded context. I know Saint-Pierre, and certainly I do not expect fancy accomodations, but in this specific area I felt very unsafe, and all the unusual steel fences and barriers around the location seem to support this feeling.
The place advertised parking availability, which, after my complain, became adverstised as "public" parking availability, which is basically parking on stepwalk in a very steep and narrow streets...
The Wi-Fi is not available at all. I guess the host put a router in her apartment which is "quite" close and below the apartment, but this results in no signal, therefore, no service available.
The washing machine, which under a specific request to the host, was specifically declared as available in the apartment, is in reality available in an external toilet not pertaining to the apartment.
Window in the bathroom does not close and we have been visited by 3 coackroaches in the first 2 hours of our staying, other 2 came on my legs while we were trying to have a beer on the terrace. I complained with the host, who offered to me a racket for mosquitos.
So, as the booking was already paid for 3 nights, at the beginning of our arrival, in order to do not cause too much inconvenience to the host, we proposed to reduce at least by 1 night the staying, but she, very unfriendly, refused telling that we should have dealt the resevation with Booking.com. At the end, with my partner, after a very unpleasant evening and having "slept 1 night, sealing the bedroom like in a cell, the next morning we left early the place informing already the host the night before, but she did not care and she did not reply.
We paid 3, expensive, nights and completely lost 2 of them as I had to pay for an alternative accomodation in another place in Saint-Pierre.
